The stringent testing of serviced components is carried out in our custom built and comprehensively equipped electrical test house. All testing is undertaken and supervised by experienced test inspectors.

To keep pace with rapidly changing technology Kearsley employs its own dedicated technical team to research and develop areas in which the company can expand its range of services and product types handled. All the specialised test equipment thereby required is also designed and built in house.

Half of the complex is devoted to the assembly and test of instruments, switches and power supplies within a clean room environment.

Our in-house manufactured universal oxygen rig, situated within our instrument department's clean air room, facilitate the testing and calibration of an extensive range of oxygen components including demand regulators as fitted to various civil and military aircraft.
